The Safety Zone
Discovering and Establishing Boundaries that de-stress your life

Leviticus 25:18 “So you shall observe My statutes and keep My judgements, and perform them: and then you will dwell in the land in safety.” (NKJ)

Although God does not promise us a life that is trouble free He does promise to protect His children. Many of the hurts and pain we experience could be avoided if we would simply follow His guidelines. There are simple boundaries that we can establish around our lives that can prevent us from being overextended and stressed-out. And there are disciplines we can develop that will help prevent the consequences of a careless life.

This DVD teaching course by Joyce Meyer is in conjunction with the book Boundaries by Dr Henry Cloud and Dr John Townsend. This course will cover a 5 week period and finish on either 17th or 24th May depending on the holidays that fall during this period.

Brenda is arranging and co-ordinating teams of women to visit the following places:
 
Hospitals
Home for Unmarried Mothers
Old Age Homes (see Barbara Stewart for details)
Children’s Homes
Vukukhanye Projects in Chesterville
Heartlines Teaching Groups are running in various homes in Westville and Chesterville and the teachings are available to be used to form small groups as outreach ministries i.e Brenda & Gladys for details of groups in your area or if you would like to run a group)
Christian Book Club will meet on the second Tuesday of each month beginning 13th March at Paula Nel's home, please see Paula if you want to be a part of that and enjoy the many books dvd's and cd's that are available for loan
Collecting & distributing clothes and or unused items to the Hospices for re-distribution
Establish a regular meeting place where everyone is welcome (i.e beach, walking, pilates, or a once a quarter ‘event’ like a High Tea or similar)
 
WOMEN OF AFRICA – ZIMBABWE CONFERENCE

We are going to be traveling to Harare in August for a Women of Africa Conference. The dates are 23rd – 29th August,  we will need to allow for two days traveling either side. Please plan for this event as it is an incredible privilege to travel to other countries and to form relationships with women from other parts of the Body of Christ. We will be having a planning meeting
in early April so please be available for that if you have already put your name down and if you are committed to going.
God is working amongst His Women. It is exciting to have incredibly anointed teaching, prophetically inspired activities and an awesome year of Women’s Ministry ahead of us – please join us and be a part of what God is doing in our midst.
